What we collect

Only what the app needs in order to run:

Account. Email address and password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Schedule data. The blocks you create, their times, days, and categories.
Completion records. Whether each block was completed, missed, skipped, or rescheduled; when you acknowledged it; and any completion rating you give.
Reflections. Free-text notes you write about why a block was missed and what you'd change, plus any reason tags you select.
Sleep and wake times you record.
Ad-hoc tasks you add.
Device timezone, used to deliver reminders at the correct local time.
Push notification token, if you enable notifications.

What we do not collect

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, Screen Time data, or advertising identifiers.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share personal data with data brokers.

How your data is used

Only to operate the app: display your schedule, send reminders, compute streaks and statistics, and generate your weekly insight.

AI processing

Weekly insight

Once a week, a summary of your recent completion history and reflection text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a personalized insight.

That summary includes reflection text you wrote. It does not include your email address or account identifiers.

Anthropic does not use API data to train their models. See Anthropic's privacy policy.

Where data is stored

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States. Row-level security restricts every record to its owning account.

Push notifications are delivered through Expo's push service.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active.

To delete your account and the data associated with it, go to Account in the app and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also email flexmaxai@gmail.com from the address on the account.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at flexmaxai@gmail.com.

Children

FlexMax is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
