FlexMax is an accountability app for your daily schedule: it holds you to your word, one block at a time. Little by little, the life you planned gets traded away: to the scroll, to everyone else's priorities, to hours you never noticed passing. FlexMax gets you back into the day while there’s still day left.

Every block you plan is a promise to yourself. FlexMax makes sure each one gets an answer, and helps you keep it, even on the messy days.
From the founder's own account, Saturday, October 17. Three things happen on every day you use it.

Every block is a promise you made to yourself. When it ends, FlexMax asks how it went: Excellent, Partly or Rough, with a note if you want one. Done isn't the whole story, so it records how well, not just whether.
Your streak counts days where every block got an answer. Miss something and say so, and it survives. Only silence breaks it.

Deep work slipped this morning. Mark it missed and FlexMax shows your own last reflection, then finds the time you still have: 5 to 7 PM, full length. Nothing overlaps, and you see what moves before you commit.
One miss doesn't get to write off the day.
Every Monday and Friday
Twice a week, FlexMax looks at what you actually did and tells you what's holding, what's slipping and what's turning around, with the counts behind every line. The numbers are calculated first. The AI only puts them into words.
If there isn't enough evidence yet, it says so instead of guessing. How the engine works

I built FlexMax for myself first. These come straight from my account, not a study, and not a promise about yours.
No confetti. No badges. No points. No AI chat.

Cheaper habit apps track whether you ticked a box. FlexMax rebuilds the day when it breaks and shows you why it keeps breaking: recovery instead of a red X, patterns instead of completion counts.

The trial starts through Apple when you choose a plan. Cancel in iPhone Settings before day 14 and you won't be charged. We send one reminder three days before it ends. Theory of You unlocks when the subscription begins.
Not ready? Turn down the trial and explore a read-only example profile with two months of history.
Install on iOSIt’s a time-block planner with accountability built in. A planner holds your plan. FlexMax holds you to it. You set up your week once and FlexMax handles what happens after the plan: checking in, recovering a broken day, and showing you patterns over time. Your plan can still show in Apple or Google Calendar through a subscribable feed.
Check-ins, the honesty streak and recovery all work from the first day of the trial. Personal insights and Theory of You unlock when the subscription begins, and they need at least five days of check-ins, so the trial builds the record they read.
To write an insight, FlexMax sends your recent counts, block names and reflection text to Anthropic's Claude. Your name, email and account ID are never included. Read the privacy policy for storage, analytics and deletion.
